コピーや印刷のサービスをベースに、ビジネスや個人活動のあらゆる場面の要請に応えるオフィスファシリティー提供サービスを行っております。お客様あって のサービスを当社の社会的使命と任じ、常に時代の先端に立ったサービスとお客様自身の情報保護に努めて参りました。
この度、個人情報の保護を一層強化する目的で、当社の事業理念にふさわしい自主的なルールと体制をもって個人情報を適正に取り扱うために、ここに個人情報保護方針を定めました。
当方針並びに当方針に基づいて策定した個人情報保護マネジメントシステムを、全ての役員及び従業員が遵守することにより、お客様に安心して当社のサービスをご利用いただきたいと考えております。

◆　個人情報に関する個人の尊重
個人情報の取扱いにあたっては、利用目的を明確にし、その目的の達成に必要な範囲内で取得、利用及び提供を行います。（利用目的の達成に必要な範囲を超えた取扱いはいたしません）
また、個人情報は、適法、かつ、公正な手段によって取得いたします。

◆　個人情報保護体制
当方針を実施するにあたり、当社の代表より任命した個人情報保護管理者の下、役割と責任を明確にした社内体制を整備します。

◆　個人情報の安全管理
全ての個人情報は、不正アクセス、盗難、持ち出し等による紛失、破壊、改ざん及び漏えい等が起こらないように適正に管理し、必要な予防・是正措置を講じます。
また、個人情報の取扱を外部に委託する場合は、守秘義務契約を締結するとともに、適正な管理が行われるよう管理・監督いたします。

◆　個人情報に関する法令、国が定める指針その他の規範の遵守
当社は、個人情報の取扱いに関する法令、国が定める指針その他の規範を遵守します。

◆　個人情報に関する苦情及び相談への対応
個人情報相談に関するお問い合わせ窓口を設置し、個人情報に関する苦情及び相談への対応を行います。

◆　個人情報保護マネジメントシステムの継続的改善
当社の事業内容の変化、及び、事業を取り巻く法令、社会環境、IT環境の変化等に対応して『個人情報保護マネジメントシステム』を継続的に見直し、改善します。

FedEx Kinkoﾕs Japan Co., Ltd (hereinafter refer to as ﾒweﾓ) facilitates customers through our photocopying and printing services to meet the needs of our commercial and retail segments. Our business is built upon trust from our customers. It is our mission to better serve our customers, and we have been making every effort to provide leading-edge services and to protect their personal information.
In order to further strengthen our activities for the protection of personal information, we have established rules and created a solid framework. These rules and framework align with our business philosophy. We have also better defined the policy for the protection of personal information and how to properly handle such information.
We ensure that all of our officials and employees comply with this policy and work under the management system for the protection of personal information. We would like to offer safe and secure services to our customers.

Respect for individuals regarding their personal information
In handling personal information, we shall specify the purpose of its usage, and thereafter obtain, use and provide such information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose. (We shall not use such information beyond its intended purpose)
We shall obtain personal information in a legal and fair manner.

Company structure for the protection of personal information
We shall organize a company structure which defines roles and responsibilities under the manager, who is appointed by our company representative, for the protection of personal information project.

Safe and secure management for personal information
We shall properly handle all personal information and take precautionary and corrective measures to keep such information from unauthorized access, theft, loss, destruction, alteration and leakage. When we ask outsider contractors to handle personal information, we sign a contract of nondisclosure agreement, and supervise them to make sure they handle such information appropriately.

Compliance with the laws regarding personal information, guidelines and regulations
We shall comply with the laws regarding personal information handling, guidelines and regulations.

Complaints and questions on the protection of personal information
We shall set up a contact point for complaints and questions on personal information protection.

Continuous improvement of the management system for the protection of personal information
We shall review and revise our management system for the protection of personal information accordingly, as we face changes in laws, social environment, and IT environment that surround our business.
